Welcome to the Garden City Yangon. Arrive by morning flight to Yangon International Airport. Our guide will welcome you at the airport to transfer to hotel. (Early check-in subjected to room availability)

Yangon, formerly known as Rangoon, is a relatively quiet and charming city. Its impressive colonial and spiritual heritage makes it one of the most fascinating cities in Southeast Asia. 

We will start visit downtown area to see Sule pagoda located on a roundabout in downtown Yangon, Yangon City Hall of Myanmar architectural design, High Court noted for its British colonial architecture including its red-bricked exterior and Mahabandoola Park a public botanical area downtown Yangon. We will continue to visit Bogyoke Market, known for its colonial architecture and inner cobblestone streets, the market is a major tourist destination, dominated by antique, Burmese handicraft and jewellery shops, art galleries, and clothing stores. And proceed to visit Chautatkhgyi pagoda, famed for the biggest reclining Buddha statue in Myanmar. In the evening, we will visit to the enjoyable experience of the sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda. Its world-renowned golden stupa is the ‘heart’ of Buddhist Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and the central stupa surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated structures and statues. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Heho. On arrival drive to Pindaya (appx driving 1.5 hour), enjoy the scenic beauty of the countryside along the way to town. Visit Pindaya Lake and Pindaya Shwe U Min Cave filled with caverns and tunnels. Pindaya Cave is an important Buddhist pilgrimage site. The cave is cramped with thousands of Buddha images in various styles and sizes. Then visit bamboo- umbrella domestic workshop as well.

After lunch, we'll continue our drive to Kalaw (about 1 hour drive), a hill station where the atmosphere is cool and the streets are filled with green leaves. Kalaw is a charming city surrounded with hills which offer some of the best trekking in Myanmar. Check-in to your hotel and take relaxation or explore the town on foot.

This morning, we’ll leave Kalaw and drive to Nyaung Shwe, where Inle Lake is situated. It is known as the second largest lake in Myanmar; however, it is considered as the most beautiful place in the land of golden pagodas. Along the way, stop at the wooden Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which is an elegant ancient monastery with its oval-shaped windows.

Take a boat to contemplate the rich beauty of floating gardens full of various plants and vegetables as well as explore the daily life of locals. Surely, you will be attracted by the unique image of boatmen. They row by one leg while the other stands on the boat to fix and catch fish by hands with their traditional tools. That is the particular trait of the Intha people.

Continue the trip to visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda. There are many pagodas around the lake; however, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda is the most grandiose and monumental one. It is known as the symbol of five small golden Buddha images. Then we will pay a visit to Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, made by wood and floating on the lake. Finally we will transfer to Nam Pan Village to explore the local life at the cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses. Stay overnight at hotel on Inle Lake.

Breakfast at hotel. We will take the boat back to Nyaung Shwe Jetty. Then take the car to Heho airport for the flight back to Yangon.

Arrived Yangon and we will visit to Kabar Aye Pagoda. The name “Kaba Aye” in Myanmar means “World Peace” to which this pagoda is dedicated and proceed to The Buddhist Art Museum at the Kabar Aye Pagoda has a wide collection of religious paraphernalia and Buddhist texts. Then, visit to the name of the Kabar Aye Cave is "Maha Pasana", meaning "Great Cave of Stone" and was built in 1953. It was in this great cavern that the Sixth Buddhist Synod was inaugurated in the year 2498 of the Buddhist Era (1954 AD) with 2500 venerable monks convening to recite and verify the words of the Buddha in Pali. After lunch, we’ll go back to international airport for your return flight.
