Yagnon – Bagan – Inle – Yangon

Arrive at Yangon international Airport and receive a warm welcome with VIP service. Your guide will help you through immigration and custom procedures. Transfer to the hotel for check-in and refreshment.

In the afternoon, take a private walking tour of downtown with guide. Top off the afternoon exploration of colonial heritage with high tea at The Strand Hotel, one of the most iconic 5-star hotels in Asia.

Back to hotel and refreshment and enjoy welcome dinner aby the hotel’s poolside restaurant with a bottle of champagne to toast the first night in Myanmar. (Note : A car is available if touring the city by vehicle is preferred)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan.

On arrival Bagan, visit colourful local market Nyaung Oo where dozens of vendors come to sell fresh produce and other goods. Then continue to Shwezigon Pagoda, a picturesque gilded stupa that’s the perfect backdrop for photos.

Next visit to Ananda Temple – the masterpiece of Bagan, proceed to Myingaba Gubyaukgyi Temple to observe the best mural paintings of 11th century, nearby visit to Then visit to nearby Manuha Temple – Huge Buddha Image and Nan Paya Temple- nice Buddha statues and stone work.

Enjoy lunch at at local village and serve with local cuisine in a traditional home.

After lunch, visit to Dhamayangyi Temple - the biggest temple in Bagan, Sulamani Temple - the 12th century temple the lacquerware workshop – the most Bagan’s famous product. Watch as the skilled craftsmen use techniques passed down through generations to create beautiful items.

In the evening, transfer to pier and embark on a memorable private sunset cocktail cruise. Enjoy cocktails while taking in stunning views of Bagan on a cruise along the Irrawaddy River.

Back to hotel, refreshment enjoy dinner at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel and free day at your leisure to explore the facilities at the hotel. Enjoy the Candlelit dinner at the hotel with a bottle of wine. Overnight in Bagan.

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the airport for a flight to Heho. Upon arrival, one hour drive to Nyaung Shwe, the gateway village to Inle Lake.

After arriving in Nyaung Shwe, proceed to ViewPoint Ecolodge for enjoying cooking class and lunch by an introduction to Shan food.

After lunch, take a private luxury motorboat to the hotel for check-in. Experience Inle Lake in style with a new fleet of sleek sightseeing boats. Observe the famous leg-rowing fishermen and floating gardens, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda which contains five sacred Buddha images and the lake’s main sanctuary. After lunch, visit to Inpawkhone Village to see the hand weaving loom and a cheroot factory, where traditional Burmese cigars are made by hand.

Then transfer to hotel, check in and leisure. Dinner is enjoyed by the lake at the hotel along with a bottle of wine. Overnight on Inle Lake.

Wake up early for a visit to the lake’s morning market at 08:00 on the way to Indein. The market rotates locations on a 5-day basis and is a colourful spectacle with vendors and locals from tribal villages throughout the area gathering to buy and sell their wares. Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing boat trip along a small canal to the Pa-oh Village of Indein. Explore the area on foot, strolling around the village and wandering through the beautiful Alaung Sitthou area. Alaung Sitthou is filled with picturesque ancient stupas and has magnificent views of the lake below .

Return to Inle Lake and enjoy a late lunch at the Inthar Heritage House. Then back to hot and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight on Inle Lake .

In the morning, transfer to the airport for a flight back to Yangon. On arrival, drive to Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott’s Market) – the major bazaar of Yangon.

It is well known for its colonial architecture and inner cobblestone streets, dominated by antique, Burmese handicraft and jewellery shops, art galleries, and clothing stores. (Note: the market is closed on Mondays and public holidays).

Then enjoy your lunch at at SEEDS restaurant, situated in a very scenic location by Inya Lake and back to hotel for rest. In the late afternoon, head to Shwedagon Pagoda– one of the wonders of the world and the most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar. The local believe that it was built 2500 years ago.

The 8-sided central stupa is 99-meters tall, gilded with gold leaf, and is surrounded by 64 smaller stupas. Visit around the massive complex and learn why this temple is so revered among locals.

Enjoy dinner at Le Planteur Restaurant, Yangon’s finest restaurant beautifully situated in a colonial home on Inya Lake. Back to hotel and overnight.

Enjoy a day at leisure for additional sightseeing or shopping before transferring to the airport for the onward flight.
